Air-Craft Models ACA72115, US Navy VX-6, Sikorsky HUS-1L (LH-34D) Resin & Etch detail set in 1/72nd.
 
This detail set is intended to modify the Italeri H-34 kit into the HUS-1L (LH-34D) version operated by the United States Navy Squadron VX-6 in Antarctica as part of Operation Deep Freeze in 1957 & 1970.
Included in the resin parts is the distinctive external auxiliary fuel tank. The etch brass fret includes the Ski bases for the undercarrige. Silkscreen printed decals provide markings for 2 aircraft.
